Personal services, requests and complaints are accepted in Pasvalys district municipality administration (hereinafter – Administration) premises located in Vytauto Didžiojo sq. 1, LT-39143 Pasvalys:
Working hours:
Personal services, requests and complaints are accepted during Administration working hours and lunch break (room: 100).
If people made and advance registration (oral or written by Phone +370 451 54 101, Email dokumentai@pasvalys.lt ) they requests and complaints are accepted from Tuesday till Wednesday 7:30 - 8:00 and 17:00 - 17:30 in the Department of personal services.
Note. During emergency situation personal services, requests and complaints are accepted in the Department of personal services during working hours.
Personal services relating to social assistance, civil registration, primary legal aid, agriculture and other questions can be organized by advance registration. Person should make a registration by phone or Email and he will get appointment admission time.
Person can submit requests and complaints following ways:
People may submit requests or complaints and information may be provided in English.
Oral requests or complaints, which can be answered immediately or later than the next working day of the Administration, without prejudice to the interests of the persons or the Administration, shall not be registered. If an oral request or complaint cannot be answered immediately or no later than the next working day, the person shall be given the opportunity to submit the request or complaint in writing.
Requests or complaints may be submitted in writing using the self-service computerized workstation on the 1st floor of the Administration.
If a request or complaint received by electronic means can be answered immediately or no later than the next working day of the Administration, it shall not be registered. Such requests to the person are answered from the employee's email. If more detailed information is required to provide a response, such request, complaint shall be registered and examined in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.
Requests or complaints submitted by electronic means which cannot be opened and read by the information technology tools used by the Administration shall not be registered. Such requests shall be returned to the person by the civil servants or employees responsible for the registration of requests or complaints within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request or complaint to the person, stating the reasons for returning such request or complaint.
